Our Dough
Our dough is inspired by classic Neapolitan styled pizza dough. We proof for no less than 48hour giving the dough its light, fluffy and every so slightly crisp characteristics.
We aim to source all our ingredients as locally as possible and are delighted to use Shipton mill as our flour supplier.
Olive Oil
We believe strongly in sustainably and that’s why we’ve chosen use Olleco as our oil supplier. priding themselves on sustainability and renewable energy, there vision fits right in with ours.
Our Sauce
When it come to the sauce we believe simple is best, using only Italian tinned tomatoes, fresh basil and salt to flavour our sweet marinara sauce.
